What shipping methods do you offer?
Currently, we offer standard shipping options for domestic and international orders. Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and service availability. International shipping to Europe, Canada, and Australia is done via DHL, UPS, Yun Express, or Yanwen. Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- U.S. Orders: 8–12 business days after processing
- International Orders: 10–15 business days after processing
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods, but we always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes. You may request to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet entered production. Since all items are made to order, production may begin quickly. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible, but we may review your case and offer alternative solutions when applicable.
What are the conditions for returns and refunds?
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as changing your mind, choosing the wrong size, or no longer wanting the product. We will replace or provide a full refund if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, or if you receive the wrong product, size, or style due to our error. How much does shipping cost?
We believe in keeping shipping simple and transparent, no matter where you are:
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

- Add $2.00 for each additional item
International Shipping
